Shipping policy

We deliver throughout South Africa. We don't currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) once payment has cleared. During sales and peak periods this may take a little longer.

Delivery options and costs

Door-to-door delivery (The Courier Guy): R120
PUDO locker or Courier Guy pickup point: R85
Free door-to-door delivery on orders of R999 or more

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days to main centres. Outlying and regional areas may take a little longer.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
