1. Overview

This website is operated by Lovely Co,  ("Lovely Co", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

2. Using our store

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with its operation.

3. Products

We sell authentic beauty, skincare and wellness products sourced from international suppliers. We make every effort to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Always read the ingredient list and do a patch test before using a new product, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and availability

An order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery options, costs and time frames are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cooling-off, returns and refunds

You may cancel your order and return it within 7 days of receiving it, in line with section 44 of ECTA. Defective goods may be returned in line with the CPA. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Lovely Co or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you confirm it is honest, lawful and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or use third-party services (such as payment providers and couriers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lovely Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the CPA or any other South African law.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
